摘　　要：目的:针对妇科腹腔镜手术并发症发生情况、防治技巧进行分析,以提高手术水平。方法:对云南省中医医院2008年2月-2011年2月期间进行妇科腹腔镜手术的2 216例患者病例资料进行分析,并给出预防措施。结果:膀胱损伤2例、肠管损伤4例、出血4例、会阴气肿5例、臂丛神经损伤3例、切口愈合不良11、切口血肿及引流口出血共6例、下肢静脉血栓1例、感染性休克1例、大网膜嵌顿1例。结论:妇科腹腔镜手术并发症与手术种类、技术水平、适应症情况等因素有关,提高技术水平、积极预防可最大限度减少并发症发生率。Objective To analyze gynecological laparoscopic operation complications and their prevention and control techniques,in order to improve the operation level. Methods Data of 2 216 cases admitted in our hospital from February 2008 to February 2011 were collected,and the preventive measures were made. Results There were 2 eases of bladder injury, 4 cases of bowel injury, 4 eases of bleeding,5 cases of perineal emphysema,3 patients with brachial plexus inju- ry,ll case of poor wound healing,6 cases of incision hematoma and drainage bleeding, 1 ease of venous thrombosis, 1 case of septic shock,and 1 case of omental incarceration. Conclusion Laparoscopic gynecologic operation complications are related with types of operation,technology level,and indications. Improvement in technology and active prevention can greatly reduce the incidence of complications.
