益气活血汤联合当归穴位注射治疗残胃炎随机平行对照研究  

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with Angelica Point Injection in the Treatment of Residual Gastritis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气活血汤联合当归穴位注射治疗残胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组36例奥美拉唑、多潘立酮口服,幽门螺杆菌阳性加阿莫西、替硝唑。治疗组40例益气活血汤(黄芪20g,太子参、莪术各10g,丹参20g,白芍15g,丹皮、木香各12g,白及15g[先煎],山药10g,元胡12g,甘草9g)水煎服,3次/d;双侧足三里、三阴交当归注射液穴位注射(0.5mL/穴位)。观测临床症状、胃镜检查。30d为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,随访60d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效16例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈9例,显效14例,无效13例,总有效率63.89%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血汤联合当归穴位注射治疗残胃炎疗效满意。[Objective]To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with acupoint injection in treatment of residual gastritis effect of Angelica sinensis.[Methods]Random parallel control method,76 patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly,36 cases in the control group omeprazole,domperidone orally,Helicobacter pylori positive and Amos,tinidazole.The treatment group of 40 cases（Astragalus Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on 20g,Pseudostellaria,zedoary 10g,20g salvia,white peony root 15g,paeonol,banksia rose 12g,bletilla decocted first ] 15g[ 10g,yam,corydalis tuber 12g,licorice 9g） Shuijianbi,3 /d;bilateral Zusanli,Sanyinjiao acupoint injection of Angelica sinensis（0.5mL/ point）.Observation of clinical symptoms,gastroscopic examination.30d 1 treatment courses,continuous 1 courses of treatment,all the cases were followed up for 60d,curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 20 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,4 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 90%.The control group 9 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,13 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 63.89%;the curative effect in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with Angelica point injection in the treatment of residual gastritis with satisfactory results.
