疏肝活血汤联合谷胱苷肽治疗氯乙烯肝损害随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察免煎颗粒疏肝活血汤联合谷胱苷肽治疗氯乙烯肝损害疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抛硬币方法随机分为两组,对照组30例谷胱苷肽1.2g+5%葡萄糖250 mL静滴,1次/d。治疗组30例疏肝活血汤水冲服,1剂/d;西药治疗同对照组。观测临床症状、影像学检查、血液生化指标。均连续治疗30d为1疗程。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访120d。[结果]临床症状、影像学检查、血液生化指标治疗组对照组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组。[结论]疏肝活血汤联合谷胱苷肽治疗氯乙烯肝损害疗效满意,优于单纯谷胱苷肽治疗。[Objective] To observe the Shugan Huoxue Decoction Combined with glutathione in treatment of liver damage effect of vinyl chloride.[Methods]Random parallel control method,60 cases of hospitalized patients by coin toss method were randomly divided into two groups,control group 30 cases of glutathione 1.2g ＋ 5% glucose 250 mL IVGTT,1 /d.The treatment group 30 cases of relieving the depressed liver,regulating qi and activating blood granules mixed with water,1 doses of /d,treatment of Western medicine and control group.Observation of clinical symptoms,radiological examination,blood biochemical index.Continuous treatment of 30d for 1 courses.Continuous 1 courses of treatment,follow-up 120d,curative effect.[Results]The clinical symptoms,radiological examination,blood biochemical index in treatment group in control group have improved,the treatment group is better than control group.[Conclusion] Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with glutathione for treatment of vinyl chloride liver damage curative effect satisfaction,better than simple glutathione treatment.
