摘 要:采用溶剂萃取的方法将抗冲共聚聚丙烯分为乙醚可溶物(级分1)、己烷可溶物(级分2)、庚烷可溶物(级分3)和庚烷不溶物(级分4)四个级分,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱及核磁共振碳谱分析了各级分的组成和分子结构。DSC结果显示:级分1没有熔融峰,级分2~级分4的熔融峰分别出现在80~90,120~140,160℃。WAXD结果显示:级分1和级分2为非晶态聚合物,级分3为长序列共聚物,级分4为等规聚丙烯。由此可以确定,抗冲共聚聚丙烯具有多重微结构,由乙丙无规共聚物、短序列共聚物、长序列共聚物和等规聚丙烯构成。High impact copolymer of propylene was separated via solvent extraction into four fractions: ether soluble part (fraction 1), hexane soluble part (fraction 2), heptane soluble part (fraction 3) and heptane insoluble part (fraction 4). Composition and molecular structure of the fractions were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance (laC-NMR) respectively. The results of DSC show that fraction 1 has no melt peak, and the fraction 2, 3 and 4 has a melt peak at 80-90 ℃, 120-140 ℃ and 160 ℃ respectively. The results of WAXD indicate that fraction 1 and 2 are random copolymers, fraction 3 is a long sequence copolymer, and fraction 4 is an isotactic polypropylene. The analytical conclusion verifies that the high impact copolymer of propylene has multiple microstructures which are composed of ethylene-propylene random copolymer, short sequence copolymer, long sequence copolymer and isotactic polypropylene.
