摘 要:针对某火电厂大型单蜗壳压水室脱硫泵径向力引起泵轴振动的问题,设计了双蜗壳压水室脱硫泵。通过数值模拟,得到两种方案泵的性能曲线以及在不同工况下脱硫泵的径向力,通过对两种方案脱硫泵的速度场、静压场的分析,验证了双蜗壳压水室脱硫泵设计的合理性。结果表明:双蜗壳压水室的结构设计合理,流体在两个流道中流动顺畅,削减了从叶轮流出液体的动反力,从而有效地减小泵的径向力;双蜗壳压水室与单蜗壳压水室脱硫泵的水力性能接近,在1.0Q0时,双蜗壳压水室脱硫泵比单蜗壳压水室脱硫泵扬程下降2.12%,效率下降量为2.34%,仍能够满足要求。In order to solve the problem that the radial forces of FGD(Flue Gas Desulfurization)pump with single volute caused the vibration of pump shaft,FGD pump with double volute were designed.The pump performances of two projects were predicted and the radial force of two projects were calculated under different flow rate conditions as well.After the velocity vectors and static pressure turbulent were obtained by numerical simulation,the rationality of FGD pump with double volute was verified.It can be concluded that the pump with double volute has reasonable structure,fluid flow smoothly in the two flow channel,the separate two channels decrease the dynamic reaction of fluid from impeller and it can effectively reduce the pump radial force.The performance of the FGD pump with double volute is close to the one of the FGD pump with single volute,in 1.0Q0 the pump head of the FGD pump with double volute are relatively decreased by 2.12% compared with the one of the FGD pump with simple volute,and the loss of efficiency is 1.34%,but it still can satisfy the requirements.
