宁肠汤对肠易激综合征大鼠神经降压素影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨宁肠汤对心理应激诱导的肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠神经降压素(NT)的调节作用。方法:将72只雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,西药组,宁肠汤低、中、高剂量组,以慢性束缚+适度夹尾刺激作为心理应激源诱导IBS模型,采用酶联免疫分析法检测各组血清NT的变化。结果:模型组大鼠血清NT水平较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),与模型对照组比较,各治疗组血清NT含量明显降低明显(P<0.01),与西药组比较,宁肠汤高剂量组含量降低明显(P<0.05),与宁肠汤低、中剂量组比较,宁肠汤高剂量组NT含量下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:宁肠汤可降低IBS大鼠的血清NT含量,且具一定的量效关系。Objective:To explore the gastrointestinal hormone change of irritable bowel syndrome rats and regulation effect of ningchang decoction on it.Methods:72 rats were divided into normal,model,positive medicine(dicetel) and ningchang decoction low,middle and high dose groups,models were made by bandaged-stress and tail stimulation method,each group was given the corresponding treatment for 14 days,serum neurotensin was determined by ELISA method.Results:Serum neurotensin content of model group rats was obvious higher than that of normal group,each treated group could significantly reduce serum neurotensin content,the effect of ningchang decoction high dose group was the most significant,that was more obvious than that of western medicine group and middle and low dose groups.Conclusion:Ningchang decoction can down-regulate serum neurotensin,which shows dose-effect relationship.
