摘  要:对旅游服务价值链及其构成模型进行了分析,研究了信息技术给旅游服务价值链带来的影响,及其在传统旅游服务业向现代旅游服务业的转换中发挥的重要作用。根据Harney把旅游服务从低端、中高端到高端的三个等级划分的思想,本文从在线旅游预订服务、商务旅行管理服务和旅游咨询服务三个方面分析了现代旅游服务价值链的增值环节,阐述了国内外在这些方面的发展现状,说明我国现代旅游服务与国外相比尚处于价值链的中、低端,亟待升级。最后提出了我国旅游产业升级的对策。The tourism service value chain and its structure model were analyzed,the influence on the tourism value chain brought from information technology and its important effect on the conversion from the traditional tourism service industry to the modern tourist service industry were studied.According to Harney's theory of the three hierarchies of tourism service from the low level,middle level to high level,three important aspects of value-added links were analyzed,they were:online travel booking services,business travel services and tourism advisory service.The present domestic and international development in these aspects is stated,home modern tourism services compared with foreign countries is still in the low and middle end of the value chain,must to be upgraded.China's industry upgrading countermeasures is put forward finally.
