摘 要:目的研究社区35~64周岁居民红细胞压积与心血管病传统危险因素的关系。方法2011年4月~2012年2月在辽宁省沈阳市城区1,884名居民进行了动脉硬化及其相关疾病的基线情况调查,并留取清晨点时间血样、尿样检测血常规、尿常规、血糖、血脂等,分析红细胞压积在健康人群以及具有心血管病危险因素人群中的分布情况。结果完成调查的35~64周岁居民共1,884名,男性548名,女性1,336名,平均年龄为54.7±6.7岁。具有高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、吸烟、肥胖中任一危险因素者的红细胞压积水平分别为0.41(0.39,0.44),0.41(0.39,0.44),0.41(0.39,0.44),0.44(0.41,0,47)和0.41(0.39,0.44),均高于健康者(P〈0.05)。具有1个、2个、3个及以上危险因素者的红细胞压积水平显著高于无危险因素者(P〈0.05)。缺血性心血管病事件10年发病危险极低危组与低危组、中危组、高危及以上组的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论红细胞压积与心血管病危险因素密切相关,联合红细胞压积与传统的心血管病危险因素或许可以更好地评估心血管疾病。Objective To determine the relationship between hematocrit and traditional cardiovascular risk factors among community 35 to 64 years subjects.Methods A total of 1,884 Shenyang Chinese were sampled via a clustered complex sampling method from April 2011 to February 2012.The routine blood test,routine urine test,fasting plasma glucose,and lipid profile were measured in all subjects.Baseline information including traditional cardiovascular risk factors were obtained by standard questionnaire to analyze the distribution status of hematocrit in the population with or without the risk factors.Results There were 1,884 subjects(548 males) of (54.7 ± 6.7) years included in this study.The level of hematocrit in population with hypertension,diabetes,dyslipid- emia,smoking,or obesity was 0.41(0.39,0.44),0.41(0.39,0.44),0.41(0.39,0.44),0.44(0.41,0.47) and 0.41(0.39,0.44) respectively, all exceeding that of the healthy group(P 〈 0.05).The levels of hematocrit increased in proportion to the increase of cardiovascular risk factor numbers.The population with 1,2,3 or more cluster of cardiovascular risk factors posed the higher level of hematocrit than that of population with 0 cardiovascular risk factors(P 〈 0.05).There were statistically significant differences between extremely low risk group,low risk group,moderate risk and above group(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Hematocrit was positively associated with cardiovascular risk factors.Combined hematocrit and traditional cardiovascular risk factors might enhance the predict power for cardiovascular disease.
