骨密度测定对诊断妊娠期高血压的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨骨密度测定对诊断妊娠期高血压的意义。方法搜集在妇保高危门诊就诊的妊娠期高血压患者100例，根据患者血压和随机尿蛋白检测结果以及是否出现抽搐症状分为子痫前期组、子痫组，并根据当时的骨密度测定结果，分为正常组、骨质减少组、骨质疏松组、将得到的数据制成表，用多组等级资料的秩和检验分析数据表。结果根据统计学方法处理结果，可以看出不同程度妊娠期高血压患者的骨密度水平是有差异的（P〈0．05）。结论骨密度测定对诊断妊娠期高血压和判断预后具有临床意义。Objective To discuss the significance of bone density testing to the diagnosis of gestational hypertension.Methods Collecting 100 cases of gestational hypertension in the high-risk clinics of our hospital according to the patients＇ blood pressure and random urinary protein test results and the presence of a twitching,cases were divided into preeclampsia group,eclampsia group,and according to the determination results of bone density testing at that time,cases were divided into normal bone density group,bone reduce group,osteoporosis group,making data table and analyze it with Wilcoxon rank sum test of two groups.Results According to the statistical methods we deal with the results,and we can see that the different degree of gestational hypertension has the difference from the bone density（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Bone density testing has clinical significance for the diagnosis and prognosis of gestational hypertension.
