摘　　要：针对现有简易膨胀试验装置存在的膨胀力小、膨胀速度慢、膨胀过程和现场实际不一致等问题,设计了专业的实体膨胀管实物膨胀评价装置。该装置可模拟油田现场井下膨胀情况,对膨胀管进行膨胀检测和评价,且可在单纯的机械拉力或单纯的水压或两者共同作用下对膨胀管进行膨胀试验。利用该装置还可进行钢管膨胀变形规律研究、膨胀管材料选择和开发、膨胀锥优化设计、膨胀工艺研究等,在保证膨胀管产品质量的同时将大力促进实体膨胀管的国产化。In consideration of the problems of current simple devices as low expansion force and low expansion speed and expansion process that didn＇t match the reality and etc.,an expansion evaluation device for solid expandable tube was designed.The solid expandable tube can be checked and evaluated by expansion simulating oil field reality.The solid expandable tube can be expanded by only machine tensile or only hydraulic pressure or the combination of machine tensile and hydraulic pressure.Some other works can be carried out by making use of evaluation device,for example research on deformation law for expandable tube and choice and development on expandable tube＇s material and optimization design on the expansion cone and study on expansion technology and etc.The evaluation device will make a great role on promoting expandable tube quality and advance the localization process of solid expandable tube industry of china.
