摘  要:普通膨胀管存在壁薄、承载能力差等问题,并制约本体的膨胀幅度,是限制该技术进一步发展的主要因素。针对上述问题提出大通径膨胀管技术,将膨胀工具外置于膨胀管,利用液压缸作为动力,能够进一步提高膨胀幅度、降低膨胀压力。以114mm×5mm膨胀管为例进行试验,结果表明:与传统膨胀管结构相比,大通径膨胀管技术能够在相同膨胀率条件下降低膨胀压力30%;大通径技术无需悬挂橡胶,膨胀管与套管之间为全段金属密封,进一步提高膨胀管悬挂力。新技术简化了膨胀管加工工艺,提高了安全性和可靠性。The launcher was characterized by its thin wall and weakness to reduce the expansion ratio;it was the key factor in restricting.The diameter-increased expandable tubular technology was raised on account of these problems.The mandrel was put outside of the tubular,using the hydraulic cylinder as the power system,capable of further increasing the expansion ratio and reducing the expansion pressure.After the full scale experiment using 114 mm×5 mm as expandable tubular,the results showed that,compared with traditional expandable tubular structure,the new technology could reduce the expansion pressure by 30% in the same expansion ratio.The new technology did not use rubber;the tubular sealed the annular with casing after expansion which further improved the suspending force.The new technology simplified the processing of the expandable tubular and enhanced its application scope.
