摘  要:有机硅偶联剂是较好的改性剂,在化学结构上其分子的一端为不能水解的反应性有机官能基团,另一端可发生水解反应基团,为双官能团改性剂。该改性剂在橡胶应用中经化学键结合,既能与白炭黑中的表面羟基又能与橡胶分子链相互作用,将橡胶和白炭黑有机的连接在一起,使白炭黑分散得更加均匀,增大白炭黑与橡胶的结合力,减少白炭黑的附聚现象。文章从理论上讨论有机硅偶联剂与白炭黑键合原理及巯基硅烷偶联剂在白炭黑填充橡胶的实验分析,实验证明偶联剂在进一步开发改性沉淀法白炭黑作为补强填料方面有着重要意义。Organic silicon coupling agent is a kind of good modifying.It has double functional groups in chemical structure and one of them cannot be hydrolyzed,the other one is hydrolysis functional group.Because of this,it can be interacted silica with both its surface hydroxyl and rubber molecular chain and connects rubber and silica together organically.It makes silica dispersion more evenly.The reinforcing bonding of them is increased and agglomeration phenomenon of silica is reduced.The bonding principle of silicon coupling agent and silica is discussed theoretically and the experiment of silicon coupling agent in rubber packed with silica is analyzed.It is discussed theoretically and the experiment of silicon coupling agent in rubber packed with silica is analyzed.It is porved by experiment that it is significant to further develop and use coupling agent as reinforcing material in modifying precipitated silica.
