丁苯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的研制与定值

摘　　要：通过筛选国内5家生产企业的丁苯橡胶(SBR)研制了门尼黏度标准物质,考察了标准物质的均匀性及稳定性,通过8家实验室联合定值确定了门尼黏度标称值,并分析了其不确定度。结果表明,在置信概率为95%时,标准物质的均匀性和稳定性良好;在显著性水平为0.01时,标准物质的ML(1+4)100℃标称值为49.1,不确定度为0.8,不确定度优于国外同类标准物质。The certified reference material of Mooney viscosity for styrene-butadiene rubber was developed via selecting styrene-butadiene rubbers produced by 5 domestic enterprises.The stability and homogeneity of the samples were inspected.The nominal value of the Mooney viscosity was obtained by the combined certification of 8 laboratories,and the uncertainty was evaluated.The results showed that when confidence probability was 95%,the certified reference material had good homogeneity and stability.When significance level was 0.01,the nominal value of ML（1＋4）100 ℃ was 49.1,and the uncertainty was 0.8,which was better than similar foreign reference material.
