摘  要:在压力为60 MPa、温度为175℃、气相组成(体积分数)H2S 20%、CO25%、CH475%的苛刻环境中,通过比较氟碳橡胶、氟硅橡胶和四丙氟橡胶3种橡胶O型圈经酸性介质腐蚀后的外形尺寸、质量与体积变化率、物理机械性能,研究了3种橡胶O型圈的抗腐蚀性能。结果表明,酸性介质腐蚀后四丙氟橡胶O型圈的几何尺寸、质量和体积以及邵尔A硬度的变化率明显低于其余2种橡胶,腐蚀后拉伸强度和扯断伸长率远大于其余2种橡胶,说明四丙氟橡胶具有良好的抗酸性介质腐蚀性能;氟碳橡胶和氟硅橡胶在气相、液相腐蚀介质中均出现鼓泡现象,发生塑性变形且溶蚀较严重,四丙氟橡胶在气相腐蚀介质中出现鼓泡现象,而在液相腐蚀介质中未发现鼓泡现象,且在2种腐蚀介质中均未出现溶蚀现象。In the harsh environment with pressure 60 MPa,temperature 175 ℃,volume fraction of H2S 20%,volume fraction of CO2 5%,volume fraction of CH4 75%,the change of size,mass,volume and mechanical properties of fluorocarbon rubber,fluorosilicone rubber and tetrapropyl fluoro rubber O-rings were compared before and after corrosion,and the corrosion resistance of the three kinds of O-ring were studied.The results showed that compared with the other two rubber O-rings,tetrapropyl fluoro rubber O-ring had much less change in external diameter,section area,mass,volume and Shore A hardness and possessed far greater tensile strength and elongation at break after corroded in acid medium,indicating that tetrapropyl fluoro rubber had a good acid corrosion resistance.Both fluorocarbon and fluorosilicone rubber O-rings bubbled,deformed and seriously dissolved in gas and liquid corrosion mediums,but tetrapropyl fluoro rubber did not bubble in liquid medium and did not dissolve in both the mediums though it bubbled in gas medium.
