山西省城乡居民医疗费用均等化状况评价

摘　　要：目的评价山西省城乡居民医疗费用均等化状况,为山西省卫生政策的制定提供依据。方法以2006-2010年《中国卫生统计年鉴》中提供的数据为依据,选取与基本公共卫生服务相关的指标6个;以2009年中国各省(自治区、直辖市)的人均GDP为依据,选取陕西省、河南省、浙江省、甘肃省的近五年基本公共卫生服务相关的指标与山西省进行比较。建立SPSS 17.0数据库并进行分析。结果 2006-2010年,山西省门诊病人次均医药费用显著高于河南省(P=0.002),住院病人次均医药费显著低于浙江省(P=0.000);城镇居民人均医疗费用显著高于甘肃省(P=0.000),乡村居民人均医疗费用显著低于浙江省(P=0.000);门诊检查费用显著高于河南省(P=0.001)、甘肃省(P=0.000)、浙江省(P=0.000),住院检查费用显著高于甘肃省(P=0.003)、显著低于浙江省(P=0.007)。结论山西省门诊医药费和检查费过高是城乡居民医疗费用均等化相对较差的主要表现。Objective To evaluate the medical costs among residents in Shanxi, and to provide the evidence for health policy making. Methods 6 indices related to the basic public health services were selected according to ＂ Health Statistics Yearbook of China （2006--2010）＂ and were used to compare the medical expenses between residents in Shanxi and other five provinces which were chosen based on the GDP of 2009. SPSS 17.0 was used for data analysis. Results From 2006 to 2010, the average medical cost of per outpatient was much higher a- mong residents in Shanxi than that in Henan （P = 0. 002）. However, the average medical cost of per inpatient was greatly lower compared to that in Zhejing （P = 0. 000）. Residents in urban area of Shanxi spent more money on medical care when compared with the compartment in Gansu （P=0. 000）, while residents in rural area spent much less than those in Zhejiang （P=0. 000）. Meanwhile, the examination cost of outpatient was significantly higher compared to that of Henan （P = 0. 001）, Gansu （P 0. 000） and Zhejiang （P = 0. 000）, and this cost of inpatient was higher than that of Gansu （P =0. 003） but lower than that of Zhejiang （P=0. 007） . Conclusions Medical expense among residents in Shanxi is too high, representing the poor e- qualization of medical cost.
