宫腔镜联合无气腹腹腔镜手术诊治女性不孕症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜联合无气腹腹腔镜手术在女性不孕症中的临床应用价值。方法:对242例女性不孕患者行宫腔镜联合无气腹腹腔镜检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果:宫腔镜联合无气腹腹腔镜对不孕症诊断有很高的阳性率,明显优于两镜单独应用。对不孕症诊断和治疗有很好的应用价值。结论:宫腔镜联合无气腹腹腔镜手术,在一次麻醉下,对女性不孕的原因全面评估和明确诊断,同时进行治疗,对不孕症的诊断和治疗有重大的意义。Objective：To evaluate the usage of combined hysterescopy and gasless laperoscopy in the therapy of female infertility.Methods：Retrospectic analysis of the results of combined hysterescopy and gasless laperoscopy for 242 cases of female infertility.Results：The combined hysterescopy and gasless laperoscopy shows high positive rate,better than the hysterescopy or gasless laperoscopy individually.Conclusion：Under hysterescopy combined with gasless laperoscopy,the reasons of fortility can be diagnosed and evaluated under one anesthesia,at the same time patients can also be treated.This kind of procedure is valuable.
