舍尼通改善ⅢB型前列腺炎患者精液质量的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究舍尼通能否改善ⅢB型前列腺炎患者的精液质量。方法:将门诊100名ⅢB型前列腺炎患者分为空白对照组、药物对照组与舍尼通组进行研究,分析精液液化时间、精子活力、精子活率。结果:舍尼通能够改善ⅢB型前列腺炎患者的精液质量,发挥与药物对照组相似的药物疗效。结论:舍尼通可能是通过调节氧化应激反应而发挥ⅢB型前列腺炎患者的生精调节,未来可能有助于治疗男性不育症。Objective：To inquiry the use of cerniton which may improve the semen quality of the IIIB prostatitis patients.Methods：100 IIIB prostatitis patients in out-patient were divided into blank control group,drug control group and cerniton group,collected the semen samples to analysis the index such as semen liquefaction time,sperm motility and sperm viability.Results：Semen quality in the cerniton group was better than the blank control group,play the similar drug efficacy with the drug control group.Conclusion：Cerniton mabey improve the IIIB prostatitis patients’ spermatogenic by regulating oxidative stress,could help to treat the male’s infertility in our research.
