莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染综合疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2008年9月～2011年4月于我院进行治疗的106例下呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(莫西沙星组)56例和B组(头孢曲松纳组)50例,后将两组患者的总有效率、细菌清除率进行统计及比较。结果:A组患者的治愈患者数(35例)明显高于B组(19例),无效患者数(1例)明显低于对照组(6例),总有效率(87.5%)明显高于B组(66%),细菌清除率(90.24%)明显优于对照组(30.77%),P值均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果较好,治愈率较高。Objective：To investigate the efficacy for moxifloxacin treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods：Choose 106 patients with lower respiratory tract infection from September 2008 to April 2011 in our hospital for treatment for the study.Divided them randomly into A group（moxifloxacin） and the B group of 56 patients（ceftriaxone sodium group 50 cases）.And statistics and analysis total effective rate,bacterial clearance rates of the two groups of patients.Results：The number of patients in the cured patients（35 cases）is more than in B group（19 cases）,invalid number of patients（n = 1） was significantly lower than the control group（6 cases）,the total effective rate（87.5%）is higher than B（66%） obviously,bacterial clearance rate（90.24%） is better than the control group（30.77%）,P values were 0.05,they were different significantly.Conclusion：Moxifloxacin treatment of lower respiratory tract infection treatment is better,and its cure rate is higher.
