中心摆药站给临床工作带来的问题分析及对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨中心摆药站摆药模式。方法:采用对临床科室发药护士采取半开放式问卷调查的方式,发现存在的问题。结果:临床科室共提出核对困难、药品的有效期及质量很难掌握、摆药后交接的问题、对停药医嘱执行的困难、药品卫生的问题、分劈药品不准确、合理用药问题等。结论:中心摆药站摆药模式需改进,以方便临床使用。Objective：Investigate the center pendulum drug station pendulum drug mode.Methods：Dispensing nurse clinical departments to take a semi-open questionnaire found that the existence of the problem.Results：Clinical departments raised a total check difficulties,the validity and quality of the drugs is difficult to grasp the handover after the drug was placed,stopping your doctor perform the difficult,medicines and health problems,the points hack drugs is not accurate,rational drug use.Conclusion：Center-prescription station pendulum drug mode needs to be improved to facilitate clinical use.
