开胸手术应用肋间神经冷冻止痛的配合

摘　　要：目的:了解应用肋间神经冷冻技术对开胸术后的冷冻止痛效果,总结手术的术中配合实施。方法:100例后外侧开胸手术病人关胸前对切口、切口上下的各一肋间及放置胸引管部位的肋间神经进行冷冻处理,掌握冷冻仪器各参数值及配合的操作。结果:95%病人术后切口疼痛减轻。结论:应用肋间神经冷冻能有效预防开胸术后切口疼痛,方法简便,手术配合易掌握。Objective：Is to understand the effects of the application of the cryosurgery in lessening pain,and to summarize the cooperation for the surgery.Methods：100 patients underwent the cryosurgery to the nerves of the incision,the intercostal nerves above and below the incision and nerves at the site of the thoracic tube,the data evaluated,the application of the cryosurgery understood.Results：95 percent of the patients’ pain relieved postoperatively.Conclusion：the application of cryosurgery to intercostal nerves can control pain after thoracic surgery effectively,and the method is simple,cooperation of the procedure is easy to learn.
