摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位按压内关穴、足三里穴,联合心理干预减轻胃镜检查患者焦虑情绪的有效性。方法:胃镜检查患者160例,随机分为观察组、心理组、穴位组、综合组。观察各组检查前后焦虑情况。结果:四组患者检查前后焦虑情况比较:心理组、穴位组得分明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。综合组得分明显低于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按压内关穴、足三里穴,联合心理干预能有效减轻胃镜检查患者焦虑情绪。Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of Neiguan point and Zusanli point acupressure combined with psychological intervention on reducing anxiety of patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods：160 patients who would undergo gastroscopy were randomly divided into observation group,psychological group,acupoint group,and comprehensive group.Anxiety statuses of each group before and after the gastroscopy were observed.Results：Anxiety status comparison between four groups of patients before and after the gastroscopy： psychological group and acupoint group scored significantly lower than the observation group（P0.05）.Comprehensive group scored significantly lower than the other groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Neiguan and Zusanli point acupressure combined with psychological intervention can effectively reduce the anxiety of gastroscopy patients.
