摘　　要：目的:通过对上海市8所三级综合性医院1999-2009年卫生资源状况、经济运行状况和资源利用效率等进行分析,了解三级综合性医院发展中存在的问题并提出相关建议。方法:对11年间医院资产负债、收入支出、基本数字等进行综合描述性分析。结果:上海市三级综合性医院服务能力提高的同时,存在补偿机制不合理、医疗工作负荷过重等问题。结论:建议构建合理的医疗价格体系和支付体系并完善补偿机制,加强成本核算等。Objective： To analyze the economic operation status of 8 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai from 1999 through 2009 and to understand existing problems in their development.Methods： Comprehensive descriptive analysis of 11 years of balance sheet,revenue and spending sheet,and other indicators was conducted.Results： The service capacity increased,but there are still unreasonable compensation mechanism,the overload of the medical work and other problems.Conclusion： It is suggested to establish a reasonable medical pricing system and payment system,improve the compensation mechanism,and strengthen cost accounting.
