摘　　要：目的:通过对上海市区二级医院1999-2009年经济运行状况的分析,了解其经济运行中存在的问题。方法:采用描述性分析的方法对医院主要的经济指标及其变化趋势进行分析。结果:上海市区二级医院经济运营困难,运行效率不高。结论 :上海市区二级医院存在政府投入不足、医院自我补偿能力不足等问题,提出了完善补偿机制,明确医院服务定位、提高竞争力等建议。Objective： To conduct economic operation analysis of Shanghai 36 suburban secondary hospitals from 1999 through 2009 and understand the problems in their development.Methods：Descriptive analysis methods were used to analyze the main economic indicators and development trends of hospitals.Results： There were operational difficulties and low operation efficiency in Shanghai urban secondary hospitals.Conclusion： Shanghai urban secondary hospitals are lack of government investment and have a weak capacity of self-compensation.It is suggested to improve the compensation mechanism,clarify their hospital services position and enhance their competitiveness.
