摘　　要：目的:了解上海市公立中医医院经济运行的现状和变化趋势。方法:收集整理1999-2009年2所三级中医医院和5所二级中医医院的经济指标数据,进行描述性统计分析。结果:对上述医院的总体收支及结构、医院资源投入、医院运行效率和医院运行效益进行了分析。结论:通过分析发现:三级中医医院规模和服务能力迅速增长,而二级中医医院发展相对缓慢;政府对中医医院财政补助增加,但占医院总收入的比例依然偏低;中医医院与西医医院的收入构成不同,药品政策对中医医院影响更大,需要建立适合中医医院特点的补偿机制。Objective： To investigate the status and trends of economic operation of public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Shanghai.Methods： Data of economic indicators of 2 tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and 5 secondary traditional Chinese medicine hospitals were collected and a descriptive statistical analysis was conducted.Results： An analysis of the overall balance and structure,the allocation of resources,the operation efficiency and benefits of above hospitals was conducted.Conclusion： Tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospitals have a rapid growth in their sizes and service capabilities,but secondary hospitals developed relatively slowly.Financial assistance subsidized by government has increased,but the proportion in the total income of the hospital is still low.Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals have different income constitutions with western medicine hospitals,which have been influenced greatly by drug policies.Therefore,a suitable compensation mechanism for Chinese medicine hospital should be established.
