摘　　要：针对某院创建三级综合性医院,采用SWOT法对其现状进行综合分析,提出通过跨越式发展战略,以提升医院核心竞争力为战略重点的SWOT策略,并着重就该院规避劣势、防范威胁,解决"短板"问题,提出创建三级医院的有关对策建议。This paper focuses on how to use SWOT Analysis to help a certain hospital upgrade to a First-Class Hospital.By using SWOT Analysis,we formed a leapfrog development strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.And we proposed some suggestions on how to make its advantages outweight the disadvantages,protect against any threat in order to solve the ＂short board＂ problems of the hospital.
