摘　　要：目的:了解红花黄色素注射液致不良反应的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库2005—2011年红花黄色素注射液致不良反应个案报道,并进行统计分析。结果:红花黄色素注射液所致不良反应主要为过敏反应,严重不良反应可致休克。结论:临床应重视红花黄色素注射液引发不良反应的特点,加强用药监测,确保用药安全。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the regularity and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by carthamin yellow injection for clinical reference of rational drug use.METHODS： We searched the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI） to retrieve the ADR cases induced by carthamin yellow injection that reported during the period 2005-2011 and on which a statistical analysis was performed.RESULTS： The adverse drug reactions induced by carthamin yellow injection presented mainly as allergic reactions,or even shock in severe cases.CONCLUSION： Attention should be paid to the characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by carthamin yellow injection in clinical practice,and it is important to tighten monitoring on the use of carthamin yellow injection to ensure medication safety.
