摘 要:目的了解2007~2011年河南省新乡市人间布鲁氏菌病的发病情况及疫情回升原因。方法试管凝集试验(STA)检测布鲁氏菌病抗体,对监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2007~2011年,新乡市共发生布鲁氏菌病178例,以2011年最多,2007年最少;全年各月均有病例发生,4~9月为发病高峰;以农村青壮年男性为主,178例中男138例,女40例,男女比3.5∶1;发病最小年龄2岁,最大年龄80岁,不同年龄组男女性别构成差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.43,P>0.05);以农民发病为主(128例,占病例总数的71.91%)。结论新乡市人间布鲁氏菌病疫情仍处于散在流行状态,且呈逐年上升的态势,但并不排除小范围爆发的可能性;应对感染者和患者高发区域进一步开展传染源及高危暴露因素的调查分析,对高危人群加强健康宣传和采取干预措施。Objective To investigate incidence of human brucellosis and reason for epidemic re-increase in Xinxiang from 2007 to 2011.Methods Brucellosis antibodies were determined by using STA,and statistical analysis was conducted based on the surveillance data.Results From 2007 to 2011,there were total 178 cases with brucellosis with the most in 2011 and the least in 2007.The cases occurred in every month of one year with the peak time from April to September.The cases were mainly in rural young male adults.Out of the 178 cases,there were 138 cases of the male and 40 cases of the female,with the ratio of male to female 3.5∶1.The youngest case was at age of 2 years old and the oldest at age of 80 years old.There was no statistical significance in gender constitution among different age groups(χ2=2.43,P0.05).The dominant cases were farmers(128 cases,accounting for 71.91%).Conclusions It is necessary to further investigate the source of infection and high-risk exposure in areas where have large number of infected people and patients.Health education and intervention measure for high-risk population should be strengthened.
