摘　　要：万吨级氯碱用离子膜产业化试验装置采用国内自主生产的离子膜,结合蓝星(北京)化工机械有限公司的膜极距电解槽和高电流密度电解槽两种槽型进行离子膜性能试验。介绍了该装置的工艺技术特点,系统总结了国产离子膜的运行情况,简要介绍国产氯碱膜在行业内的最新应用情况,并对其应用前景进行了展望。The test on properties of self-made ion-exchange membrane was carried out on industrialization test plant of ion-exchange membrane used for ten thousand tons level chlor-alkali industry.The test electrolyzers included electrolyzers with membrane polar distance and electrolyzers with high current density produced by Bluestar（Beijing） Chemical Machinery Co.Ltd.The technical characteristics of the test plant were introduced.The running situation of home-made ion-exchange membrane was summarized systematically.The latest application situation of the home-made ion-exchange membrane in chlor-alkali industry was introduced briefly and its application prospects were also given.
