摘　　要：在内照射防护的实践中 ,确定体内污染的医学干预水平和医学处理是辐射防护和有关医学部门工作的一个组成部分。本文简要回顾有关出版物中提出的医学干预水平的建议 ,讨论了体内污染医学处理的代价利益 ,供有关部门处理放射性核素体内污染时参考。For the regulatory bodies of radiation protection and related medical services, one of their tasks is identification of the medical intervention levels and medical treatment after internal contamination with radionuclides. In this paper, the medical intervention levels after internal contamination with radionuclides recommended in several publications were reviewed briefly and the benefit and cost of medical treatment for the worker who was contaminated internally with radionuclides was discussed. It would provide a reference for related regulatory bodies in the cases of medical treatment of internal contamination with radionuclides. (
