摘　　要：目的了解军队老年疗养员便秘的发生情况和易患因素,探讨军队老年疗养员便秘的发生规律,以便更好地制定预防措施。方法对来院疗养的军队老年疗养员采取随机整群抽取法,通过问卷和体检的方式共调查142例。结果军队老年疗养员便秘的总患病率为18.31%。明显低于北京、唐山、南京等地方的患病率(P<0.01),随着年龄的增长便秘患病率明显升高。结论军队老年疗养员便秘的易患因素与年龄、职业、生活方式、饮食习惯以及身体状况相关。Objective To understand the constipation occurrence and risk factors among the elderly military convalescents,explore the constipation occurrence regularity of the elderly military convalescents so as to better develop prevention measures.Methods Random cluster sampling method was adopted to investigate the 142 elderly military convalescents at our sanatorium by questionnaire and physical examination.Results The total prevalence rate of constipation among elderly military convalescents was 18.31%.Significantly lower than the prevalence rate of Beijing,Tangshan,Nanjing and other places（P〈0.01）.Constipation prevalence rate significantly increased with age.Conclusion Constipation occurrence and risk factors among the elderly military convalescents were related to age,occupation,lifestyle,eating habits and physical condition.
