摘　　要：为军服务是军队医院的宗旨,针对新形势下部队官兵的健康需求,进一步提高为军服务的质量和水平是值得研究探讨的课题。本文以细节管理为出发点,从强化为军服务理念、开通便捷就诊流程、营造温馨就诊环境、加强医务人员培训、提高人性化护理水平、加强与体系部队沟通交流等五个方面,总结医院为军服务的实践经验,拓宽为军服务功能、提高为军服务水平打下了坚实的基础。The basic task of the military hospital is to serve the army. We should try best to improve the quality and level of serving the army according to the soldiers＇ demands on the health. From the viewpoint of refine- ment management, the author discussed the measures to serve the army, which included emphasizing the serving consciousness, setting up convenient admission procedure, beautifying service environment, improving service lev- el, and enhancing the communication with the troop. All these experiences on serving the army would establish sol- id basis for broadening service function and improving service level.
