摘　　要：本文分析国家新医改取消药品加成政策对军队医院建设和发展的影响。提出积极主动适应新医改要求,争取补偿主体多元化;努力提高医疗技术水平,提升核心竞争力;突出精细化管理,有效提高管理效益,促进军队医院的稳步建设和健康发展。The article analyzed the effect on the construction and development of military hospitals after cancelling drug price addition in national health system reform.In order to improve further development of military hospitals,it was necessary for diversification of compensation subject to adapt the requirement of health system reform,improvement of medical technologies to promote core competition,and emphasise of the detailed management to enhance efficiency.
