摘　　要：目的介绍医院为促进临床合理用药采取的各项管理办法,为各医院药物临床应用管理提供参考。方法制定各项合理用药管理制度;推行合理用药绩效考核方案,采用先进的信息化手段,对医院临床用药进行监督、管理和干预。结果医院药占比、抗菌药物使用比例、临床用药安全等各方面指标均符合管理要求,临床用药比较合理。讨论现有管理办法还存在一定的不足,需要不断完善。Objective To introduce the management approach adopted to facilitate clinical use of drugs,so as to provide some references on drug clinical application management for other hospitals.Methods Multiple management systems of drug clinical application were formulated.Performance appraisal programs of drug clinical applications were carried out.Information technique were used for inspecting,managing and intervening in hospital drug clinical application.Results The proportion of hospital drug use,the proportion of antimicrobial drug use,drug safety and other aspects of clinical indicators are in line with regulatory requirements.The clinical treatment is reasonable.Discussion The current management practices still had a lack,need for continuous improvement.
