摘　　要：高等教育体制改革的不断深入,大学生面临经济、生活、学业和就业等的竞争压力越来越大。大学生心理健康问题已经成为目前我国社会发展和高等教育事业发展的焦点问题之一。本文在分析大学生心理健康现状的基础上,研究心理健康方面的心理辅导对策,以促进大学生心理健康的发展。With the deepening of higher education reform, college students＇ are facing increasing economic, social, academic and employment pressure. College students＇ mental health problem has become the focus of China＇s social development and the de- velopment of higher education. Based on analyzing college stu- dents＇ psychological health status, this paper researches the countermeasures for psychological counseling, so as to promote the healthy development of college students.
