摘　　要：随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入和研究生招生规模的日益增加,高校中研究生管理工作也面临着巨大的挑战。在这种新形势下,研究生自我管理的理念已逐渐成为应对挑战的一个重要措施。本文结合作者研究生会工作的实践经验,从研究生会工作的现状与问题出发,简单总结了以自我管理理念为指导的研究生会工作实践,并在此基础上,提出了一些自己的思考与启示。With the deepening educational reform and growing scale of postgraduates＇ recruitment, the administration of postgraduates is facing a great challenge. Under such circumstance, the concept of postgraduates＇ self-management has become an important measure to reply challenge. According to the experience that the author＇s postgraduate student union work, starting with current situation and problems of the postgraduate student union work, the article has summarized the practice of postgraduate student union work that is directed by the concept of postgraduates＇ self-management. Moreover, the article also puts some reasonable theoretical thoughts and inspiration.
