摘　　要：高校的就业工作关系到广大毕业生的切身利益,也是衡量高校办学水平的重要指标,尤其对独立学院来说更是如此。本文从独立学院的发展现状入手,对独立学院就业工作中存在的问题进行了剖析,对独立学院就业工作的策略进行了探讨。College employment work is related to the graduates＇ vital interests, but also to measure college level, especially for the independent college is more so. This article from the independent school development present situation, the independent college employment work this paper analyzes the problems existing in the independent college, employment strategy are discussed.
