关于儿童预防接种的护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究分析儿童预防接种的有效护理模式。方法将2010年3月～2012年1月进行预防接种的儿童140例随机分为两组,对照组采用常规预防接种护理,实验组在对照组基础上采用心理护理,观察比较两组儿童预防接种中疼痛感、家属满意度。结果实验组70例儿童,0级疼痛38例,1级疼痛22例,2级疼痛10例;对照组70例,0级疼痛14例,1级疼痛16例,2级疼痛40例;实验组0级疼痛和1级疼痛明显高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组家属满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在儿童预防接种的护理工作中加强心理护理干预,有助于缓解患儿疼痛,使预防接种更顺利。Objective To study the effective model of care for the vaccination of children. Methods The hospital in March 2010 to January 2012 for vaccination of children 140 cases were randomly divided into two groups, routine vaccination care, the experimental group in the control group on the basis of psychological care to observe the two groups were compared children＇s vaccinations in pain, and the family satisfaction. Results The experimental group of 70 cases of children 0 pain 38 cases, 22 cases of a pain, 2 pain in 10 cases; control group （n=70） 0 pain in 14 cases, 16 cases of a pain, 2 pain in 40 cases; experiment 0 0fpain and a pain was significantly higher, P〈0.05; the families of the experimental group, satisfaction higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention in the vaccination of children in care work to strengthen and help ease the children with pain, to make vaccination more smoothly.
