高血压脑出血后血清同型半胱氨酸临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平变化及临床意义。方法选取100例脑出血患者为观察组,另外选取100例健康者为正常组,各组均行血清同型半胱氨酸检查,比较两组的化验检测结果。结果观察组血清同型半胱氨酸升高者92例,异常检出率为92%;观察组血清同型半胱氨酸平均水平显著高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论血清同型半胱氨酸水平对于脑出血的诊断具有重要意义和价值。Objective To investigate hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients serum homocysteine level and its clinical signif icance.Methods 100 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients in observation group,in addition to select the 100 healthy people as normal group,respectively.Serum homocysteine screening,compared with two groups of laboratory testing results.Results In the observation group,the serum homocysteine levels in 92 cases,abnormal detection rate was 92%;the observation group serum homocysteine average level was signif icantly higher than that in normal group,and P0.05.Conclusion Serum homocysteine levels for cerebral hemorrhage diagnosis has important signif icance and value.
