超声检查在胎儿畸形诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查在胎儿畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法选取行产前超声检查的5344例孕产妇,并对畸形胎儿临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 95例胎儿畸形,超声检查胎儿畸形检出率为89.47%,胎儿畸形中以神经系统畸形发病率最高。结论超声检查是产前检查胎儿畸形的一种有效手段。Objective To study the application value of the ultrasoundgraphic examination in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities. Methods Selected 5344 cases of maternal underwent ultrasound examination, and analized retrospectively data of abnormalities fetus. Results 95 cases were fetal abnormalities, the detection rate of ultrasound examination was 89.47%, the morbidity of nervous system malformation was highest in the fetal abnormalities. Conclusion The ultrasound examination is an effective antenatal examination of fetal abnormalities.
