外固定支架联合有限小切口切开植骨治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折60例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折采用外固定支架联合有限小切口切开植骨治疗方法的疗效。方法 2008年9月～2011年12月对60例老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折病例采用外固定支架联合有限小切口切开植骨方法进行治疗。其中B3型9例,C1型24例,C2型17例,C3型10例。结果经2～18个月(平均10个月)随访,X线片显示患者骨折愈合良好,腕关节按Dienst功能评分标准评定:优24例,良29例,可6例,差1例,优良率88.3%。结论老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折采用外固定支架联合有限小切口切开植骨是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To summarize our experience in treatment of distal radius fracture by eternal fixators combined with limited open reduction.Methods 60 cases of older patients with distal radius fracture were enrolled from September 2008 to November 2012 in our hospital.They were all treated by eternal fixators combined with limited open reduction.Results All patients were followed up for 2 to 18 months（average of 10 months）.All fractures healed well.According to Dienst criteria assessment,a good postoperative wrist range of activities functional evaluation improved significantly.Conclusion Treatment of distal radius fracture by eternal fixation combined with limited open reduction has good fracture reduction and reliable fixation.
