氩氦刀治疗肝癌术后不良反应的观察及护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨氩氦刀冷冻治疗肝癌不良反应的观察和护理。方法 47例肝癌患者接受氩氦刀冷冻治疗,严密观察不良反应,及时进行护理干预。结果术后患者出现出血2例,疼痛27例,寒战9例,经过严密观察和及时护理,有效控制了并发症。结论术中密切观察患者病情变化,积极预防并处理不良反应的发生,减少术后不良反应对患者愈后的影响。Objective To investigate the cryoablation treatment of liver adverse reactions observation and care.Methods 47 cases of liver cancer patients receiving cryoablation therapy,close observation of adverse reactions,and timely care interventions.Results Postoperative bleeding in 2 cases,27 cases of pain,chills nine cases,close observation and timely care,effective control of complications.Conclusion The close observation of the patient＇s condition changes,and actively prevent and deal with adverse events,and to reduce postoperative adverse impact on the patients prognosis.
