应用亲水性敷料治疗先天性耳前瘘管感染的护理

摘　　要：目的比较亲水性纤维含银敷料(Hydrophilic dressings)和传统纱布敷料对先天性耳前瘘管感染的护理效果。方法将40例先天性耳前瘘管感染患者随机分为两组。对照组使用传统敷料换药,观察组使用亲水性纤维含银敷料换药,以愈合好转率、时间及复发率为考察指标进行对照研究。结果愈合率:对照组70.0%,观察组65.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);平均愈合时间:常规组(46±2.9)d,观察组(23±1.7)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);复发率:对照组25%,观察组为0,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论亲水性纤维含银敷料能明显缩短治疗时间,复发率低,虽然对提高愈合率不显著,但仍值得临床推广。Objective To compare the dressing change nursing and healing efficacy of hydrocolloid dressings and traditional gauze dressings for congenital preauricular fistula infection.Methods 40 cases of congenital preauricular fistula infected patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the reference group and the observation group change dressing using traditional dressing and hydrocolloid dressings,respectively.The healing,improvement rate,time and recurrence rate are used as indicators to carry out study.Results Healing rate：70.0% in the control group,and 65.0% in the observation group.The difference between the two groups is not statistically significant（P0.05）.The average healing time：the conventional group（46±2.9）d,the observation group（23±1.7）d.The difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.The relapse rate in the control group was 25%,and 0% in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressings can significantly shorten treatment time and low recurrence rate,but does not significantly improve the efficacy of the healing rate.
