舒张性心力衰竭患者临床治疗分析52例

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒张性心力衰竭患者的临床诊治方法。方法:所有52例患者均进行积极的病因治疗、休息、限制钠盐摄入、利尿扩血管等减轻心脏负荷措施。本组25例冠心病患者、高血压患者、扩张型心肌病、肥厚型心肌病4例、原发性限制型心肌病患者分别给予个体化治疗。结果:经治疗,所有患者均治愈出院。结论:DHF临床特点是心肌显著肥厚,心脏大小正常,左室射血分数(LVEF)正常及左室舒张期充盈减少,治疗原则以缓解症状,阻止或延缓心室重塑,降低病死率为主。Objective：To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diastolic heart failure in patients with method of.Methods：all 52 patients were positive etiological treatment,rest,limiting sodium intake,diuretic vasodilator heart load reduction measures.This group of 25 patients with coronary heart disease,hypertension,dilated cardiomyopathy,hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,4 cases of primary restrictive cardiomyopathy patients were given individualized treatment.Results：after treatment,all the patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion DHF is characterized clinically significant hypertrophy myocardium,heart size is normal,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） of normal and left ventricular diastolic filling reduced,principles of treatment to relieve symptoms,prevent or delay the progression of ventricular remodeling,decrease the mortality rate mainly.
