利福平粉针剂治疗浅表淋巴结核的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:了解利福平粉针剂治疗颈部淋巴结核的临床效果。方法:治疗组与对照组抗结核治疗均采用2S(E)HRZ/7HR方案,常规剂量。治疗组将利福平粉针剂随同新的引流条一起放入淋巴结内;对照组是放入新的引流条,然后用异烟肼针注射到淋巴结周围。结果:治疗组治愈例数明显高于对照组。结论:利福平粉针剂在病灶中保留时间长,可明显促使淋巴结结核病变吸收,促使伤口愈合,缩短治愈时间。Objective：To understand the rifampicin powder injection on cervical lymph node tuberculosis clinical effect.Methods：The treatment group and the control group of antituberculous therapy using 2S（E） HRZ /7HR scheme,conventional dose.The treatment group to rifampicin injection powder with new drainage strip into the lymph nodes.The control group is placed into the new drainage strip,then with isoniazid injection into the surrounding lymph nodes.Results：The treatment group were cured number was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion：Rifampin powder injection in lesion of the retention time is long,can obviously promote the lymph node tuberculosis lesions absorption,to promote wound healing,shorten the healing time,worthy of clinical application.
