老年高血压的临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年高血压的临床特点与治疗方法。方法:收治老年高血压患者80例,回顾总结分析临床资料。结果:80例患者中,血压基本恢复正常73例,5例未达正常,2例死于脑出血。结论:老年高血压以单纯收缩期高血压多见,脉压明显增大,老年高血压心脑血管疾病发生的危险性明显增加,综合治疗,降压药以小剂量、口服为宜,必要时联合用药,对并发症、合并症应给予相应治疗方能达到预期效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics of senile hypertension and treatment methods. Methods ： retrospective analysis from 2010 to 2011 in our hospital 80 cases of senile hypertension clinical data. Results：in 80 cases of blood pressure returned to normal in 73 cases,5 cases did not reach normal ,2 cases died of cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion：the hypertension in the elderly with systolic hypertension pulse pressure increased significantly, see more, elderly hypertensive cerebrovaseular disease risk increased significantly, comprehensive treatment,with small dose of oral antihypertensive drugs, as appropriate, necessary combination, of complications, it should be given proper treatment can achieve the desired effect.
