斑秃合并贫血16例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨贫血对斑秃的影响以及纠正贫血对斑秃治疗和预后的影响。方法:收治全秃或普秃合并贫血患者16例,回顾分析临床情况和在纠正贫血前后治疗斑秃的疗效纵向对比情况。结果:16例全秃或普秃合并贫血患者在纠正贫血后,治疗斑秃有效率100%,预后复发率0%。结论:根据上述16例全秃或普秃合并贫血的患者治疗和预后情况看,纠正贫血对于斑秃的毛发再生并避免毛发重新脱落起到重要的作用,由此推测低血容量性或缺铁性贫血可能是斑秃的诱因之一,也可能是泛发性斑秃顽固难治的原因之一。Objective：To investigate the impact of anemia on alopecia areata, as well as to correct anemia, alopecia areata treatment and prognosis. Methods： A retrospective analysis of the clinical situation and the efficacy of the treatment of alopecia areata before and after the correction of anemia 2008 - 2010 in our hospital dermatology clinical experience of 16 cases of alopecia totalis or alopecia universalis patients with anemia longitudinal comparison. Results：16 patients with alopecia totalis or alopecia universalis patients with anemia after correction of anemia, was 100% effective to treat alopecia areata, prognosis of recurrence rate was 0. Conclusion ：According to the patient＇s treatment and prognosis of the 16 cases of alopecia totalis or alopeeia universalis anemia, to correct anemia, alopecia areata hair regrowth and hair to avoid re - shedding has played an important role,inferred hypovolemie or i- ron deficiency anemia may be one of the incentives of alopecia areata and it may be one of the reasons of the generalized stubborn and difficult to treat alopecia areata.
