HELLP综合征11例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:讨论HELLP综合征的各项临床特点、诊治方法和愈后情况。方法:分析收治的11例HELLP综合征患者的诊断治疗过程、结局以及围产儿愈后情况。结果:10例HELLP综合征在产前发生,1例在产后;7例采用剖宫产终止妊娠,1例产钳,1例采用水囊引产,1例孕妇死亡,另死胎3例,2例新生儿死亡。HELLP综合征发病率占同期妊娠期高血压疾病的1.29%,其并发症包括DIC、脑出血、胎盘早剥、死胎等。结论:HELLP综合征属严重产科并发症,严重危及母儿生命死亡率均很高。适时适当处理可改善HELLP综合征患者的愈后。Objective：Discuss the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy complicated HELLP syndrome. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 11 cases of HELLP syndrome in our hospital from January 2004 to June 2008 about the the process of diagnosis, treatment, the outcome of pregnancy and perinatal prognosis. Results： 10 cases of HELLP syndrome occurred in prenatal, only one case postpartum. Seven cases by the end of cesarean delivery, one case of forceps delivery, one case of low water blad- ders induced labor and one case of non - pregnant women died. Three cases of stillbirth and tow neonatal died. HELLP syndrome accounted 1.29 percent of the same period in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, and its main complications are the DIC, cerebral hemorrhage, placental abruption,stillbirths, and so on. Conclusion： HELLP syndrome is a serious obstetric complications, the mother and infant＇s mortality rates are high. Early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment, timely termination of pregnancy can improve the HELLP syndrome prognosis.
