B-Lynch缝合术在治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨B-Lynch缝合术在剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的应用效果及应用价值。方法:收治行剖宫产术患者12例,对术中因子宫收缩乏力性产后出血行B-Lynch缝线术的临床资料进行分析。结果:12例均在剖宫产术中,经其他保守治疗方法不能控制的产后出血患者,出血量500～1000ml,行B-Lynch缝线术后出血得到有效控制,成功保留了子宫,术后痊愈出院,保留了生育能力。结论:B-Lynch缝合术是治疗剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的一种安全、有效的方法。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and application value of the B - Lynch suture technique in the management of massive postpartum haemorrhage with hypodynamic uterus contraction during the uterine - incision delivery. Methods： 12 Cases using the B -Lynch suture technique to manage massive postpartum haemorrhage with hypodynamic uterus contraction, which are from January, 2009 to December, 2011, are included. We analyzed these materials in the retrospective way. Results： Using the B -Lynch suture technique, we achieved a great success in haemorrhage control and uterus reservation in the 12 patients,who suf- fered massive postpartum haemorrhage of 500 - 1000ml and failure of other conservative methods. They got full recovery and remaining potentia generandi. Conclusion：The B - Lynch suture technique is a safe and elfective way to manage the postpartum haemorrhage during the uterine -incision delivery.
