摘 要:目的:探讨纤维支气管镜在双腔支气管插管定位中的应用效果。方法:收治择期胸外科手术患者49例,采用听诊法定位进行定位,然后再经纤维支气管镜确认和调整。结果:本组49例患者中,左侧定位34例,右侧定位15例,所有患者经听诊法确认导管管端已正确到位,但是经纤支镜检查发现确定到位20例(40.8%)。结论:纤维支气管镜既可以检查双腔支气管插管定位的正确性,又能直观下进行调整到位,比传统听诊法更准确、更可靠。Objective:To investigate the fiberoptic bronchoscope in the positioning of the double- lumen bronchial intubation in effect. Methods: our hospital from March 2011 to July 2012,49 cases of elective thoracic surgery patients, auscultation positioning positioning, and then confirmed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and adjustment. Resuits :49 patients in this group, the left positioning of 34 cases, the fight positioning of 15 cases,all patients by auscultation to confirm the catheter tube end in place, but only 20 cases to determine the place found by bronchoseopy, accounting for 40.8%. Conclusion: fiberoptic bronehoscopy can check the correctness of the positioning of the double - lumen bronchial intubation, but also intuitive adjustment in place, the more accurate and reliable than traditional auscultation method.
