维库溴铵预注法对琥珀胆碱肌震颤及术后肌痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察用肌松药维库溴铵预处理对琥珀胆碱肌震颤以及术后肌痛的影响。方法:选择拟行择期手术患者90例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,全麻诱导后静注肌松药。试验组预注维库溴铵0.01mg/kg,3分钟后静脉注射琥珀胆碱1.5mg/kg。对照组预注生理盐水2ml,3分钟后静脉注射琥珀胆碱1.5mg/kg;给药后观察肌震颤情况、气管插管条件,术后24小时肌痛指标。结果两组插管条件的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组肌震颤发生率和发生程度显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组术后肌痛的VAS评分分别为8.32±0.25和3.84±0.22,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:诱导麻醉前预注维库溴铵能减轻琥珀胆碱肌震颤及术后肌痛。Objective：To observe the muscle relaxant vecuronium pretreatment of suceinylcholine muscle tremor and postoperative myalgia effect. Methods ： 90 patients undergoing elective operation plans, ASA I - II after induction of general anesthesia, intravenous infusion of muscle relaxant. The test group of priming vecuronium 0.01mg/kg, 3min after intravenous injection of suxamethonium 1. 5mg/kg. The control group pre saline injection 2ml,3min after intravenous injection of suxamethonium 1.5mg/kg; after drug administration was observed in muscle tremor, tracheal intubation conditions, 24h postoperative myalgia index. Results：of the two groups of patients with intubation conditions no significant statistical difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. The test group muscle tremor rate of occurrence and severity decreased significantly（P 〈 0.05）. The test group and the control group of patients with postoperative myalgia vAS scores were 8.32± 0.25 and 3.84 ± 0.22, the difference between groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： induced anesthesia before priming vecuronium reduces succinylcholine muscle tremors and postoperative myalgia.
